Welcome!

I am a Clinical and Educational Psychologist located in Seattle (Fremont) Washington. My areas of practice include anxiety, depression, life changes, mood disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), work challenges, grief, and parenting concerns, among other issues. Please see the adult or child/adolescent page for more information. My therapeutic approach is client focused with an emphasis on a collaborative and supportive environment. This allows us to work toward processing complex issues and making changes.

In addition to my experience in therapy, I also have many years of experience as a School Psychologist. I have worked with kids who have learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, social struggles, behavioral difficulties and developmental issues. 

Life can be challenging, sometimes putting people in tough positions, causing unexpected or expected crises, and/or causing feelings of frustration or hopelessness. At Woodland Therapy, I am committed to supporting you in making changes, achieving goals and striving for positive life outcomes.
